How often can I book?
Single Area: up to every 2 weeks. Two Areas: up to every 3 weeks. Full Body: once per month. This keeps the service fair and ensures availability for all members.
What counts as prime-time and how many do I get?
Prime-time means weekends or weekday evenings (typically after 5:30pm). Each membership includes one prime-time slot per calendar month. Any extra visits that month are booked in quieter windows (weekdays, daytime) so everyone can access peak hours.
Do I really save money?
Yes. Compared to regular monthly or 3-weekly visits, members typically save between £250 and £1,000 a year depending on plan and usage.
Can I choose Robbie (Senior) at any studio?
Yes. Senior (Robbie) covers all locations and is our most requested practitioner. Senior pricing is ~20% higher and appears when you switch to the Senior option above.
Any contraindications?
Waxing isn’t suitable over sunburn, broken/irritated skin, active infections, shortly after laser or chemical peels, or within 6 months of Roaccutane. If you’re on blood thinners or have certain conditions (e.g., diabetes), check with your GP first.
Is there a contract?
There’s a 3-month minimum term. After that you can cancel anytime with one month’s notice. Membership resets on the 1st of each month.
